William Stenger
President
Will has over 22 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He started working at Grey Wolf Drilling in 1994, putting together dozens of rig setups for the Rocky Mountain and Mid-Continent regions. He then made the move to FX Drilling where he held titles over the next 17 years of Drilling Associate, Tool Pusher and Drilling Supervisor. Will Currently serves as President of Stenger Well Service, with 4 workover rigs and 20 staff members, as well as a Drilling Consultant to numerous Montana oil and gas companies.

Matt Wicks
Vice President of Engineering
Matt received his education from Montana Tech in Butte, MT where he obtained two B.S. degrees. His first was in Civil Engineering and his second in Petroleum Engineering. He began his career working as a Project Engineer for Barnard Construction and then CDM Smith. After leaving the construction industry, Matt went to work for Apache Corporation as a Drilling Engineer and then as a Drilling Supervisor, working primarily in Texas and Oklahoma. Over the course of his career, Matt has been involved in all aspects of drilling from planning and engineering to on site drilling & completion.
Adam Standiford
Chief Executive Officer

Adam grew up in the oil and gas industry, working in his father's E&P company in high school and throughout college. He went to work for a fortune 100 company as an Industrial Engineer before returning to Montana to purchase his father's company. He currently serves as President of Brainstorm Energy Inc. in North-Central Montana, producing and exploring for natural gas, oil, and helium. He has consulted for numerous companies in the fields of oil and gas, helium, manufacturing, logistics, and real estate development. Adam holds a degree in Finance from the University of Montana.
